Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from FutureFuels.ie.

You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Order Fulfillment

When you submit your order you are allowing Future Fuels to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event of there being a problem with your order we will communicate with you via telephone, email or letter.

The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. In the event of this happening we will inform you by email and you will be offered a carefully selected alternative or a full refund may be sent.

Delivery

At this point in time deliveries can only be made to Eire addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Faulty Or Damaged Goods

Future Fuels aims to supply goods, which are guaranteed to be durable and reliable. In the event that any product purchase proves to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return it to us for a replacement or a full refund. Please email info@futurefuels.ie to obtain your returns number before you return an item to us. Returns must be mailed to:

Amendment & Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order or make any amendments to the address or items ordered.

You are entitled to return the whole order in its original packaging and condition for a full refund. Where a refund is claimed, please allow 21 days for us to refund your money.
